Worst service - sim swap still not activated

I did a sim swap on Saturday 30 Nov 2013 @ Northgate mall, on Sunday when i called 808 i was told it was not done. I had to go back to the MTN store to have it redone.
On Monday, I called 808 spoke to Bongani, he told me everything was done and must give it a few hours. I tried again that evening and still not registered. I called 808 again and spoke to Phiwe. She said she escalated the sim swap as they had the incorrect sim number (Bongani never said this) and will be done 2 hours. Today, I called 808 again spoke to Bongani (who doesn't know what he is doing) after speaking to him, he places me on hold and CUTS the call - what the is happening there... this is the worst service I have received, I just need my sim to work!! Get this sorted NOW and call me back. I haven't had my sim working for almost a week now!!!
