I placed my online order for my upgrade cell phone over a month ago. After that, I received an SMS from Vodacom to say my phone is in dispatch at the courier company. I had not received delivery. After phoning many times, no one knew what was happening with my phone. Yesterday I got an SMS from Vodacom saying that my upgrade was reversed! I'm when phoning the call centre, it was like phoning a zoo. Very unprofessional laughter in the background such that I couldn't hear my "assistant". I'm disgusted by Vodacom's standard of service.
