Vodacom
Continuing upgrade nightmare

Where do I start. First I phoned Vodacom to upgrade my phone, with the impression that my phone would be delivered in 3-5 workings days. I received a box with a sim and a CD no phone. After over a week of constantly phoning vodacom to ask where my phone was, I was told the phone has been discontinued. They said that they would cancel my upgrade so that I'm not paying (I should hope so). This was 4 days ago, they still have not cancelled my upgrade!!! surely its just a click of a button.

I'm going to take my business elsewhere, vodacom are utterly unprofessional and have no idea what is going on in their own company. ridiculous.
