Charging for something I did not get / Incompetent
On 27/1 i clicked upgrade, Simpiwe phone me. We were discussing upgrade options, while discussing he said his pc is hanging, he needs to reboot and phone me back. He NEVER DID. 29/1 I notice an upgrade was done and I no longer qualify. I phone helpline and the transfer me all over the show. After a while Dineo was able to tell me that RAM was sent out with a LTE Router? But no delivery address - BUT RAM was dispatched. Don't anyone check this?? Also I did not select an LTE Router, After numerous xfrs from department to department I finally got help from Thembiliso on the 5/2 - Upgrade was returned and will be reversed. However my acc is now in arrears - how can this be if I pay by d/o which was already deducted on the 27/1. I have numerous names and call logs I recorded. Today is 7/2 and this is still hanging and the upgrade has still not been successfully reversed and my acc restored to it's former status. THis is very poor and unprofessional serivce from the vodacom help line staff members since everyone just xfr you to the next person. NO ONE CAN JUST HELP. I'm SO for VodaCom I'm thinking of cancelling my contract. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR ERROR AND SORT THIS OUT!!
