OBF phone after online upgrade!

We received an Out of box Failure phone on the 6th Jan 2014 after doing an online upgrade. The upgrade process was very simple and we received the phone within 2 days of doing the online upgrade, however at the moment things are completely unacceptable.

1. We have been sitting with an unusable phone since we received it
2. I have been told I CANT walk into a Vodacom shop to get it replaced because I did it online!
3. Nobody can tell me when the Couriers will come collect the OBF phone
4. Nobody can tell me when we will receive a replacement phone
5. I have been phoning your call center (111, 0821940, 082 1950, 082 1958 and 082 17844) and every department or person just refers me to another person or department

To date the only reference I have received is S3-04W28-8ZAR9 and nobody can tell me when my faulty phone will be collected and replaced.
