I've upgrade on line with Vodacom because they stated that its quicker and easier, well its not. I've done my upgrade around the 8th of October 2013 and its now already the 20th of November 2013 and I haven't received my parcel. I've been phoning for weeks now to find out what happen to my delivery. I've been phoning 08217844, 0821945, 0821959, 0861726726 and 043 7362766 after they've done with the conformation questions then they will tell me to phone one of the above numbers because I'm at the wrong department. This is very bad service from our cell phone companies. No one can tell me what happened to my order, the one lady told me my Ipad was already delivered to me but couldn't tell me who signed for it in East London and the best part is I live on a farm outside Indwe that is 350km away from East London. I've log a complain on there website, fill in a call back. When they do call back no one talks to you and the line just get cut off. Is this the new customer service Vodacom is planning on given to their customers. This is my first upgrade with Vodacom and if service is already so bad, then I'll have to re-think if I really want to do business with them.
