BAD SERVICE - ATROCIOUS INDEED

An agent from Reward Company - Vodacom business partner called to upgrade my line. I was not happy with the phone delivered and requested to have the upgrade reversed in April/May. It's been 5 months now and that stupid phone is still at my house. I called Vodacom and Rewards Company so many times with no results.
Every time I call Vodacom I'm told that my request is treated as urgent, but still no results. I made a complaint report on Helopeter in august and on the 05th Zaida from Vodacom called and promised that Rewards Company will reverse the upgrade within that week. It is now almost end of September and that stupid phone is still at my house and the upgrade is not reversed.
For a customer who pays over R1000.00 a month to Vodacom, this is very atrocious and I will move my business to another service provider.
