I recently upgraded one of my numbers and got the data package for the Acer Iconia W511 Tablet. Its now barely a month and the device is faulty and not swithing on, my issue is not that, yes these things happen, but i went to the menlyn repair centre and as i told myself be calm and talk nicely i did, but then bam, they told me they dont work on acer or they dont send it away, i must go to Incredible connection, SERIOUSLY??? So you sell me something and then refer me to a retail shop to sort this out myself??? "Great customer service vodacom" but anyway i then lost my calmness and asked them so you sell me something and now i must get it to whoever to repair it, and above that you dont even supply me with options or numbers??? I think thats the worst customer service you can give a customer!! But dont worry i found the number for ACER MYSELF, if you wana see customer service then phone acer wow they helped me so nicely and they are even going to pick up the device for me next week to fix or replace it, vodacom could not even phone them for me at least. I just wana say that I am disgusted these last few months in the service i am recieving!!
