A loong time after my first complaint (https:///acer-africa/complaints/faulty-products-and-no-repair-1090307), Mrs Ronelle H. contacted me to try solve the problem. Polite, but over 3 weeks after I explained her the situation, she still doesn't have a feedback for me. Not sure whose fault this is on that side, but it is unacceptable.
So, I paid for a repair that should have been under warranty because I couldn't wait months without a laptop. Nice tactic, Acer.
Thanks Acer, I will make sure never to buy your products again.
