Dear Acer Africa.
i am a very angry and concerned customer because at the beginning of the Year at East-gate Mall GAME Stores. I bought an Acer Aspire E1-531 which on the packaging it reflected that it had a Bluetooth functionality. Since i have bought it i cannot find any Bluetooth drivers installed on it. I have went to a lot of internet discussion forums and yet there is no help. I have downloaded a lot of drivers even from the acer website but the Laptop keeps on telling me that there is no device found. I do not know what to do because this is also false advertising when brands like Acer reflect untrue statements on packaging. I need to know where to go to get assistance in getting the Bluetooth device inserted.
