PC - 2 weeks in JHB for repair - 3 month old pc

Bed n Breakfast PC which runs online booking system was couriered to JHB 2 weeks ago. Acer still have not replaced faulty mainboard. They claim that they received a doa mainboard from Europe (Nonsense). I am the IT guy for the client & they cannot run their business without the pc. 2 weeks for a warranty repair (PC is only 3 months old). I have called Acer every day & no success. They still cannot give an ETA for the pc. I am dealing with the supplier of the pc & they are trying to get a credit for this pc for me so I can Replace my clients pc with a new non Acer PC (Custom built). WHat kind of a brand is this ACer that their tech service is so shocking. The client has been on my case every day & is demanding a new pc. I will stick with custom built pc's as I never have issues with these. Acer should be crediting this PC - I will never buy Acer again & I will let as many as possible know about the shocking service they give on their brand. If I dont get a credit myself & my client will be making this public...
