I would like to commend Acer South Africa for their acclaimed 3 year "pick up & drop off" warranty service that is offered with their Acer laptops. I have had two Acer notebooks that have had to go in for repairs, and it has been the most pleasant experience, on both occasions, the call center staff are well trained and knowledgeable as well as professional and friendly, the collection is timely, the turn around time for the repair is fast, and most importantly the quality of the repairs is outstanding, the repair status update is a nice feature too.
