NO 3 year on site warranty

We bought an Acer desktop from Axiz on 13th. When we setup the Acer we notice the motherboard is faulty. I contacted Acer on the 19th and spoke to Siswe. He logged the fault as a motherboard replacement. That same day i contact acer again to notify them NOT to replace the motherboard but the complete system. The call agent DID NOT changed it on the system. The next day i contact Acer again. The call agent told me he is going to make changes on the system and will call me back in 10 minutes to give me a new ref nr. WHICH HE DID NOT. On the 22nd i call Acer again because no one keep me posted whats going on. I ask to speak to the Manager (Steward) and explained to him whats going on. While i was on the phone he made changes on the system. He informed me that Acer is going to send a courier on Monday (25th) to pick up the desktop but can only replace it on Thursday (28th). I went to Acer myself for replacement. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
