I took out upgraded to get a acer w511 tablet from vodacom, they didn't even wana try help me to sort the faulty device out, they could not even give me a contact number for who to sort this out, they said to go to incredible connection. But then i found Acers number myself and phoned them, i am disappointed i forgot the person's name who helped me but the ref for repair is 76377375 and this guy was awesome, companies can learn from his way of handling a customer, he booked it in and to my surprise acer is even gonna come and fetch the device from me so i don't have to worry to sort this out, well done mr and well done ACER thats why i only prefer to go for Acer above all. And this is a case that even if the device wasn't under warranty which it is and i had to pay i would not be angry coz of his great customer service and Acer's way of handling customers! Man I was angry at vodacom but so chilled now! Keep up the good work acer now just please repair it lol ;)
