Twice now I have had to go to MTN to find out why my airtime is being used up, without me making calls or using the internet?!
I have BIS with my Blackberry and signed a contract with free internet, which I don't use often. Recently however, my airtime has been 'chewed up'. I got my R100 top up in my account on the 21st Nov, and $ days later it is gone, without me making more than R20 calls?!?!
MTN gateway cannot give me a reason, and so I cannot buy more airtime because it will be 'chewed up' again overnight?!!! There is NO urgency from MTN to find the problem for me, and neither is there an offer from MTN to re-imburse me what has been '' from me??!!!
I will probably be left with no choice than to cancel my contract with MTN due to a breach from their side!!
