Alright so i took out a Blackberry contract way before all of this new terms n conditions came where you dont get full BIS anymore. before this month on my phone i could download things for free with no charge to my airtime balance but this month 21st my airtime went into my account downloaded like 5 songs and my airtime was gone phoned yesterday spoke to Lerato (I think) and she advises me that i cannot download with for free with my BIS if this is so how come now that my airtime is finished i can still download? why did MTN Pull off my airtime instead of just using my BIS if things changed since January why was i not notified of this? Also how can it take all my airtime R100 this is not fair!!
