Why did mtn cap the bis internet service

I was really when I tried to download something from the internet n ended up with no airtime nor the item I wanted to download
I own a blackberry n it is normally really quick to download anything I wish but today was a nightmare I tried for half the day to download this item but was unable to but I ended up with no airtime

I had more than R140 airtime n now I'm left with nothing

This is really annoying as other networks are not capping the internet when it comes. To blackberry's as yet

I signed a 24 month contract n nowhere in my contract does it state the intenrion to capp internet

I wud really like some answers feel like cancelling or porting to another network

Mtn is really the worst network I've used!
