Not happy with service

I have signed a contract with MTN to load BIS on my phone monthly, im on a Top up Contract.. I was told that i will be able to use the internet anytime of the day without having airtime on my phone, since the 1st March MTN has been making use of my airtime every time i use the internet. i called the call centre twice was told to reboot my phone and the problem will be sorted, till today i cannot access the internet cause i dont have airtime, i have been a loyal customer of MTN for years, not happy with the service received and is considering to cancelling all contracts with MTN...
