Can't phone certain numbers

Good Day,

I bought a new phone through 8ta end of November. Since then I have not been able to phone my daughter on her cellphone number. Since then I have been back to the 8ta store twice to correct the issue. The problem persists even after a sim swap was performed. The sim swap took a long time to be processed as both times that I went in store their systems were down.

There are other numbers which the phone refuses to dial to but they are not as important as getting in contact with my daughter. The gentleman at the 8ta store has sent through a mail to whomever he thought was the correct department with this regard stating the details. This was done around a week ago and I still cannot contact my daughter.

My daughter is able to contact and sms me and I can sms her aswell, its just the dialing out that does not work.

Could someone please assist with this issue as the phone is being more of a burden than anything else.
