I have a top up contract with MTN which i receive R100 worth airtime every month. its been more than 8 months not making calls from that sim card, meaning I havent been using the airtime, I noticed that the airtime was not as much as it has to be, I called them and the call centre agent told me that they forfeit unused airtime thats more than 5 months old. which I find unfair cause now it means consummers are binned to make calls no matter what. please help.
