Quick to deduct money from my account

Afrihost is quick to deduct money from my account but when it comes to delivering the data sim, they cant keep track of their courier.

They send me an email on the day the sim will arrive not giving me time to prepare myself or phone me to ask if that specific day is fine.

Their Courier arrives at 9am sharp to deliver the sim after we told them to come between 11-5. He then has an attitude and tells one of the employees that he will just come tomorrow?!

Then you call the call centre they tell you it will arrive at 4pm its now 4:17pm still no data sim!!

Phone Afrihost and tell me it will arrive tomorrow and keep me waiting on the line for 26 minutes which is running up my airtime!!

and they still expect me to be nice on the phone??

I want my money refunded into my account today: for Airtime wasted holding on the line, for my sim not coming to me on time, for my money deducted to get the sim in the first place.

You really need to teach your courier company manners, you need to teach your call centre agents how to deal with customers.

I have really stripped my mood now!!!
