Why is it so hard to cancel my line.
My Telkom line was down for -2weeks this month and I tried calling the 10210 number almost every day for the past 2 weeks in order to cancel my account. I hold on for about an hour everyday with no answer or the call just dropping.
Today, when i finally get through to someone in the call centre, she advised me that I need to provide 1 months notice in order to cancel my line.
How am I suppose to give 1 months notice if:
1. I was not informed of this 1 months notice period before?
2. My telkom line was down.
3. No-one answers the cancellations call centre department line.
Please escalate this issue and have my line cancelled with immediate effect.
