I'm a ex contract holder who downgraded to pay as you go to port over my number to the new supplier. Now i'm getting sms communication that I am going billed for pay as you go transactions. I cannot use the number 0831808 as it asks you to validate your contract number and sees the number as a pay as you go number with no option to speak to an agent. I cannot use the 083173 (Prepaid CC) )number because they are unwilling to help me because the query pertains to the contract and refers be back to the 808 call centre. How is an ex customer supposed to get support from MTN? Service offering is staggering
