BAD ATTITUDE / NO ANSWER - CALL CENTRE (808)

Due to circumstances out of my reach my mtn account could not be paid for several months. However, I did make arrangements with mtn every month. My account was suspended, which I duly understand. Now that I am trying to contact mtn in order to pay my account and and get my sim unsuspended and activated again, I either get no answer for hours at the call centre and when someone eventually answers they immediately transfer me to another consultant!!! I have been struggling for two days now and no one is willing to assist me as they keep on transferring me once they answer. I do not even get the opportunity to explain my situation in full to them. They just say "hold" and then I'm listening to music again. Please can you help me to sort this out asap as I am using my phone for working related purposes.
