I cant understand why the service is so bad in this country, I placed an order online for an I-Phone 5c, after receiving a call the agent told me I would receive my phone in 5-8 working days.
After following up with the number I received on sms, I was told to call a different number who told me that the phone would arrive in the middle of December.
I then called the original number again (082 1959) and spoke to another gentleman who assured me that the stock would arrive on Friday or latest Monday. I specifically told him that I do not want to wait until the middle of Dec and I would be happy to cancel the order and move to a different service provider who can assist me.
I have done another follow up today and spoke to Siphokazi who it seems could not care that I was complaining and just kept quiet when I asked her a question.
I then asked her to put me through to a team leader so I could get this resolved, she put me through to the main system where I originally called which made me even more angry!!!
I refuse to accept that I will only receive a phone in the middle of Dec... with all your advertising on 24 hour delivery free and I-Phn 5c now here... and you dont even have stock?
