Delivery within 3-5 working days Failed

On 26/09/2013, I contacted Cell C Direct Sales and applied for an additional contract. Within 5 minutes, my application was confirmed, I was impressed. I asked if you have stock, the answer was YES. I asked how long delivery would take, the answer was 3 - 5 working days (its on record as it was a telephonic application, so check if you wish). So I asked if I will definitely receive my order the following week, the answer was, YES. Well, I phoned again on 30/09/2013 to request the tracking number and I was told to phone back on Wednesday 02/10/2013 for the number, and I will receive my item by Friday 04/10/2013 latest as it takes 3-7 working days, and not 3-5 days as the sales agent had stated. I received a call yesterday confirming my order, and again asked when I will receive my item. Answer: Friday. Well, tomorrow is Friday, and still no tracking number! My order was only confirmed today! You have all to me! What a mistake to cancel with Vodacom and move to Cell C! Someone better pull some strings and get this item to me latest Friday 04/10/2013, as per the agreement which I agreed to, I should already have this item! Where is it??
