I pre-ordered my iPhone 5s online the day it was released. I received a call the same afternoon and we finalized my upgrade. The consultant promised my phone would arrive Friday the 15th. After sitting around at my office waiting for the delivery I gave them a call. They informed me that the phone only arrived that morning and it would be delivered Monday or Tuesday. I called yesterday to see if my phone was on track. The first lady insisted that I had called the wrong number and I should call another number. No luck there. Called back and then got cut off. Waited thinking I had just given her my number and she would call me back. Wishful thinking I guess. I called back and spoke to another guy who said the phone is on back order and that he would check with the courier as to when I could expect it. He promised to call me back but never did. Today I called again and they informed me that the phone is now out of stock and they are not sure when I will receive the phone.

I assumed that by pre-ordering the phone online I would receive preference and receive the phone as promised. If I had known this was not the case I would have rather gone and camped out at VodaWorld!
