Unfulfilled promises

I applied for a two contract phones in the middle of May 2013, I was told they were out of stock on this particular phone type and that I would receive them by the middle of June, I have called every week since then and I am always told the same thing, no stock received. I have just called to follow up the status regarding this and was again told they still do not have stock, they cannot even give any direction as to when they will in fact be receiving this said stock. I find this to be incredibly poor service and in all honesty expected a much higher level of customer service.
