THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I REPORT NXATEL.I HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT .IF YOU ASK THE PEOPLE AT THE RECEPTION TO PUT YOU THROUGH TO ACCOUNTS THEY PUT YOU ON A WAITING LIST.AFTER 2 DAYS THEY DO NOT RETURN MY CALLS AND I HAVE TO KEEP ON PHONING THEM.THE LINE IS SO BAD DURING PEAK HOUR I CANNOT HEAR A WORD WHAT MY CUSTOMERS SAY, THEY SOMETIMES HAVE TO REPEAT THEM SELF'S 3 TIMES.THIS PROBLEM WAS REPORT ON MANY OCCASIONS.THEY ONLY TELL ME THEY WILL FIX THE PROBLEM FROM THEIR SIDE WITCH NEVER HAPPENS.THE DAY WE START THE CONTRACT 03/08/2012 WE CANCELLED, BUT THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL.SINCE THEN I HAD ENDLESS PROBLEMS.THEY OVERCHARGED ME WITH R1001.00 THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE THEY MADE WITH SOMEBODY ELSE'S ACCOUNT.I CONTACT TENDEKAI AND I ONLY GET PROMISES AFTER PROMISES.I CONTACT THE DIRECTOR NQABA BENDPACHE AND HE DOES NOT RETURN MY CALLS.EVERY MONTH THE PEOPLE IN THE COLLECTION DEPARTMENT PHONES ME TO TELL ME THAT I AM IN ARREARS AFTER THEY DEDUCT FROM MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH.
