No response, no stock, unprofesional, poor service

I am still waiting for Edlin call ar 14h00
on the 23rd of September I went online to Vodacom thats where I found that Vodacom was selling ZTE tablet I put an order via the phone I spoke to Hector Nsele, he advised me that they are currently have no stock but my order will go to back order so as soon as they receive the stock they will send it to me of which I was fine with that. Then after a week I phoned to follow-up, I was told that I must call back at 14h00 by then they will be having an idea when will be the stock available, unfortunately I couldn't phone, then I phoned last week on Monday I got a lady by the name of Thokozile, who surprised me by saying SORRY WE ARE NO LONG DISTRIBUTING THOSE DIVISES, I was shocked because no one ever updated me of what's happening unless I phoned. Then she putted me through to her team leader by the name of Paul (back office phone number 0821945), I spoke to him he said, from the first place it was wrong that Hector sold something that is not on stock, but he promise to get something for me, he said he is going to look around Vodacom shops if there is someone have the stock or substitute me with something else, till now he is still looking
