Unacceptable Service!!!

I have placed an order Ref Nr 14606961 2 weeks ago.

I was informed that the product was out of stock, but when I phoned the customer care line Monday last week they said that stock has arrived and I have to wait for the confirmation department to contact me to confirm delivery. They have not phoned me, I am still waiting for their call and its 1 week later. When I phoned again in the middle of last week I spoke to a lady who was very helpful and she told me that on the system it shows that I was contacted but no anwer which is untrue as I always answer my phone, so she sent a mail to them to please contact me, and till today I have not yet received a call. This is unacceptable, that a customer has to wait so long for an order!! What happened to next day delivery? I am travelling a lot and cannot plan my day around Vodacom. I cannot wait any longer if this does not get resolved by the close of business today I will cancel my order!!!
