I placed an order and paid cash, for a sandhurst fire place heater combo, I was told that I will receive an sms before 7days as to when my heater will arriver it is now hw many days and no sms, I called several times and all the agents tell me different stories one told me the heaters have arrived bt its nt dispatched (waterva tht means)! Then I called again the lady told me they are out of stock I must wait for an sms before Friday, on friday I called thy told me thy received 94 heaters and thy are nt sure if I'm part of the 94, the lad said I must wait maybe I'm part of the 94 ppl, I told her there must be a way tht she can see if I'm part of the 94 she put me onhold and came back to me and told me I am part of the 94 and my heater will arrive within the next 2days, she even promised to call me and update be she didn't, okay because I need the heater I followed up last week friday guess what I'm told they are out of stock, what is really going on here??? I asked to speak to a team leader and they said she will cal me, today is worst I call m told they are out of stock and the team leader is speaking on the side (tell her its out of stock she must wait) can she speak to m
