I have been using a blackberry phone for the past five years, always activated my BIS and used it for internet, bbm and whatsapp without any problem.today I loaded airtime and within a period of time it was gone. I called in the call centre to inquire what might be the problem and I was told I used the airtime for internet.to my surprise how could that happen because I had active BIS on my phone and I didn't download anything nor streaming.three agents plus a teamleader I previously spoken with failed to assist me until I spoke to a heavenly sent agent who was willing to assist and indeed found a solution to my problem. Sepuru Nkoane keep up the good job you are doing and I must say MTN has a bright and hardworking agent, thank you so much for the good service you rendered to me. I'm very greatful.
