Today my MTN contract was loaded with 150MB and R200 airtime as usual, I posted my pictures on Facebook and what's up profile.
After about 3 hours later, I tried calling my mother then I noticed that I don't have any airtime or MB. I was left with 0.01 airtime and 0MB.
I thought it was a technical problem and I tried to go on Instagram and it got retry network problem.
I called the call centre 3 times and I was told that, I must be subscribing to sms promotion or something like that, I told them I never applied or subscribed to anything.
All of them kept saying the same thing your R200 and 150MB went to internet and for what in internet, no answers.
My R200 and 150MB must be returned to my account and further investigations.
Three call centre agents told me unfortunately there's nothing we can do.
Is this how MTN treats its customer, I wonder.
