I had to buy BIS twice but still cutoff

On the 4 June i both a airtime since my BIS was finish to reactive my internet network, but on 9June 2013my BIS got cutoff, than i had to phone the callcenter to found out why i was told that i did not load airtime, i was lying as the system is showing that i was not charger BIS, i just left it as it was i had no words to say, than on the 10 june 2013 i both another airtime to load my BIS but on the 11 June 2013 i got cut off again.i had to call again to found out why now the are telling it was the system, i need to wait 24hrs so i will get my Internet working. I NEED HELP WHO DO I TELL SINCE THE NETWORK SUPPORT AT VIRGIN THE ARE NOT HELPFUL,
at first i had the some problem that was in JAN. i had to wait daily to get my line activated it took them 3 weeks to sort my problem as i ended buy more airtime to sort my problem as the where not willing to assist me when I CALL THE CALLCENTER THE WILL NOT ASSIST ME AND CANCEL MY CALL AS THE ARE BUSY I HAVE SPOKEN TO THE WHOLE CALLCENTER, ALL OF THEM TE WILL PUSH THE BUCK, SEND TO PILLAR TO POST ALL THE TIME, I'M NOT HELP AT ALL SINCE I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS NOTHING I HAVE BEEN USING THE NETWORK FOR PAST 8 YRS 'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER THAT HOW GET TREATED
