On the 25th November I took my phone in to Vodacom to be repaired and hey sent it away to a 3rd party for repairs. When you call in to the customer care hotline it informs you that if it is sent to a 3rd party it can take up to 7 working days.
It is now the 11th working day after being sent to the 3rd party and the 24th day after I took it in and now the call centre tells me that it will take up to 21 working days and since it's December I'll only get my phone back sometime in NEXT YEAR. This is way too long. It went from 7 working days to 21 working days which in December is extremely long. This is disgusting service.
