PATHETIC SERVICE AND HIDDEN T's&C's!

R60.00 airtime loaded to Blackberry on Thursday 06/06/13 to have BIS activated and got R30.00 "mahala" airtime. I had no idea that that meant except for the fact that it was "free" airtime for being a loyal MTN customer for so many years.
I attempted to load the airtime today 08/06/13 but each time after i followed the steps to have the BIS activated, the was a message that said i had insufficient airtime to continue with this transaction. At the time that i wanted to activate my BIS i had R77.48, so how could i not have enough airtime to complete the transaction???
After trying to get through to the MTN call center after numerous attempts, i spoke with Martin in the internet problems department who advised that i must phone the billing department where they are able to reverse the airtime and help me to activate my BIS.I called the billing department and spoke with Themba who advised that the "mahala" airtime can only be used for MTN to MTN numbers and it does not act as "LEGAL" airtime.
I never asked for free airtime and i need my BIS activated like yesterday!!! I'm so angry that MTN had my airtime and i don't see why i have to be penalized for this!
