Today in the morning I recharged my account with a 29 airtime voucher and wanted to buy bundles and all of a sudden I found out that my airtime was missing from my account. I then decided to call the 111 number and spoke to a girl by the name of nyana which she wasn't helpful at all. I explained my problem to her and she transfered me to blackberry support and I then spoke to a girl by the name of livhuwani and she refused to assist me with my issue.so here is my story I am currently using a blackberry 9320 and I have bis activated.so today after recharging my account I wanted to buy bundles but to my suprice my airtime was gone and I never used the airtime. I called the customer care so that they can assit me with the usage of my airtime and re-embusing me as I never used the airtime.nyana told me that the system didn't recorgnise that I had bis activated that's why I was being charged from my airtime.so can you kindly assist me with reembusing my airtime which you guys from my account. I never logged on to any website which are not coverd by bis. I never downloaded anything today.vodacom and you love off people. I'm so dissapointed in you guys. from you
