I am still waiting for their call!!!

I am using Blackberry and I always have my BIS active. Whenever I recharge my airtime it disapears apparently it charges me for internet of which BIS covers internet so why should I be billed and I do not even download I use google, linkedin and other related sites. This has happen for too long now I have been a regular caller at MTN with only one problem I am recently experiencing and no one is helping, refunding my airtime does not solve a long term problem or mend a long term relationship between me and MTN. I am super frustated it is not good.
