SHOCKING SERVICE FROM VODACOM

Had my phone for 4 months, back cover of phone broken, keypad packs up now AC Receiver needs to be replaced, LCD and Keypad. Need to pay for replacement of cover.

Gave a loan phone "Samsung very old" no Blackberry's on loan. My work requires me to have a BB phone due to emergencies!!!

This is absolutely shocking pay for a BB but get a Samsung on loan.

Please get your act right, don't let the customers pay for a product which they can't use.

When phoning service centre, sorry we can't help you our Manager is not here today.
