I handed in a Blackberry Phone on the 27th of April 2013 to fix a letter E on keypad.
Paid R450 to be prepared. Week or 2 later got phone back with the same problem. According to them they did replace keypad.
Took it back just to be told that there is a problem with the soft ware of the phone they also found liquid damage on the phone.??? why didn't they pick that up when they replaced the keypad???
I sent an complaint to custumer service and a day later they phoned to say if they can't fix the phone they will refund the money.
I phoned the Vodacom shop directly and spoke to the man in charge he said I will phone you back so I phoned him again and left a message and again and left a message. It is now 2 weeks later and still no reply.
Hope you can get answers for me.
