8 weeks waiting for a Replacement S4

I bought a Samsung S4 for my GF in September 2013. In November i sent the phone in for the screen to be replaced at Samsung Constantia. I picked up the phone the phone worked for 3days!!
Took the phone back in to the service center, Rudolf did a software upgrade and said the phone will be fine, got home and the phone started freezing again. When Back to Rudolf he tested the phone and said that the board on the phone had been damaged and the phone had to be replaced, clearly when they replaced the screen they had it up! this was the end off November 2013 he clearly said it takes up to Maximum 5weeks to get a replacement phone.
I have been calling the service center 2 times a week spoke to Gus the manager and Rudolf but no joy.
Samsung gave me a loan phone but the phone does not work with my sim.
It is now 8WEEKS and no one can give me an answer. Yesterday i called Samsung support Spoke to Ambrose he said his manager Thabo will call me yet again no call!
Samsung is reli pathetic.. I made over 20 calls and made 10 trips to service center.
I HAVE AN IPHONE AND THE SERVICE IS 100%
First thing i am going to do with replacement is swap it for an IPHONE!!!
