Vodacom
2 repairs and still the same problem

I have now been without a phone for almost six weeks while vodacom and blackberry tries to fix my phone. I gave my phone in for repairs six weeks ago for a keypad that keeps getting stuck. They then repaired my screen, replaced my keypad and charged me R2600 on my insurance. 2 days later still the same problem. Then they " repaired" my phone again for another 2 weeks. I now have my phone back for 1 day and the problem is still there! The staff at vodacom just passes the buck and the standard response is "this is a blackberry, they give problems"
