I Bought a Samsung Galaxy Pocket Plus GT-S5301 from Hi Fi corp on the 25th of November 2013, The phone started giving me problems from the start.
I took it back to them demanding a replacement phone but was told to leave the phone with them as they would have to send it to a repair center for a assessment I could not do it as I need a phone to conduct my daily duties, and they could not give me a loan phone.
The manager suggested me taking it to a vodacom repair center. I took it to Vodacom repair Center in Alberton and they supplied me with a loan phone the service was excellent. I was informed the next day that my phone was ready for collection and that the Main board was replaced
I received the phone back on the 3rd of December 2013 but the phone still kept on dropping network connectivity and required a restart - 10 times a day.
I took it back again and received it back again 20 December 2013 The phone has still not been fixed I have never had the same Issues with Android phones from other manufacturers. Why did I not get another phone within the 7 days of returning the product as per consumer act, I feel it is completely unacceptable as I can not carry out my duties
