I got my Samsung galaxy s3 in October 2012 worth about R7000. After I had it for 2 weeks I released that fine hairline crack was developing on the cover around the camera lens. The lady that worked at MTN had the same phone and exactly the same problem. MTN gave me a Samsung agent contact details because they had no luck with getting it replaced from Samsung.
It has now been almost 5 months of constant phoning and I still have not gotten any further obtaining a replacement cover. The last conversation with the agent (Lorenzo) I was told there are no white covers available anymore. Really!
From a big company as Samsung I would have expected much better service.
