I ordered a iPhone 5s on the 11/11/2013 and wasn't promised delivery on the 18/11/2013. that day came and went... i phoned every day to find out when it was going to be delivered and promises were made for the 21/11/2013... i phoned ram and vodacom and everything was on schedule and they said i would get delivery by 4, at about 5;30 no delivery was made and vodacom said that they weren't delivering and cant give me a date, i then phoned to get the situation sorted and the person put the phone down on me after 30min on hold... as i type this im holding for 1 hour and no answer.
