Vodacom
Not reciving what was promised

April you offered me an top up contract where I will recieve 2 phones & R450's of Home mark gift vouchers. When receiving the phones on 24 May 2013 I noticed that the vouchers was not with the phones and immediately phoned customer care and reported the situation, the salesperson phoned back and according to him there was an problem with the delivery. On 5 June 2013 I phoned again and the costumer care said Home mark will phone me back. On 7 June 2013 I phoned Home mark again - they will phone back. On 14 June without any feedback and spending all my airtime i phoned Vodacom and they confirmed that my name is on the spreadsheet for delivery. On 20 June I spoke to Phena at Vodacom cancellation centre who confirmed that my name is still on the spreadsheet for delivery but can not say when delivery is going to take place. On 21 June 2013 I phoned Vodacom cancellation centre once again where Nonklakla refused to help me. I then phoned again, spoke to Papeho who was helping very efficiently and who sent an request for cancelation now if I phone the cancelation centre they want me to pay an cancelation fee witch is very unfair for Vodacom and home mark is at fault not me.
