I tried to place an order on Vodacom's website (Thurs.), but indicated that my current number was not Rica'd. I phoned directly, but was told the system is very slow thus didn't make the 12 o clock cut-off for next day-delivery, which was fine. An hour after I placed the order I phoned back to change it from the Galaxy Tab to the Xperia Tablet. I was assured that they will make a note and the order will be changed. I was also promised that I will be called back. I phoned back the Friday morning to find out if the change has been made, and it was not. After several exhausting phone calls and all promising to phone me back, I was assured on Friday afternoon that it has been changed and I can expect delivery on Monday. Again, phoning this morning (Monday), speaking to yet another person, I was told that there was no change made and the original order is still on system! Feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed I tried to get hold of management, which is never available and many empty promises of them phoning back. The manager (Michelle van Rooyen) even notified the staff not to put me through!!! The only call I received was to notify me of delivery tomorrow. Terrible service!!!
