WE EXPERIENCED VERY BAD SERVICE FORM DEBONAIRS GEZINA CITY ON 1/4/2013. AT 18H00 I HAVE ORDERED 2 X LARGE PIZZAS FROM DEBONAIRS FOR DELIVERY. FRIENDLY LADY TOOK THE ORDER. THE USUAL WAS SAID, 40 TO 45MIN FOR DELIVERY. AN HOUR LATER I PHONED AGAIN, TO HEAR WERE TE PIZZAS WERE, AND THEN THE MANAGER (WITH THE ATTITUDE) SAID THAT THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH DRIVERS, HE PROMISED TO PHONE ME BACK IN 10 MINUTES TO SAY WHERE THE DELIVERY MAN WAS... NO ONE PHONED. AFTER AN HOUR AND A HALF I PHONED AGAIN, A LADY ANSWERED, CHECKED ON THE SYSTEM, SAID SHE WILL PHONE BACK IN 10 MINUTES. NO ONE PHONED AN HOUR AND 35 MINUTES LATER THE DELIVERY MAN WAS THERE. NO FREE PIZZAS AS ADVERTISED OR NOTHING. THAT IS NOT THE POINT, THE POINT IS THAT WHEN WE PHONED TO ORDER, WE WERE NOT TOLD THAT THERE WOULD BE A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY. EMMANUEL JUST "FORGOT" TO MENTION IT, AND WE WAITED AN HOUR AND NEARLY 40 MINUTES FOR THE PIZZAS, AND IN THAT TIME NO ONE PHONED BACK WITH THE INFORMATION ON THE DELIVERY. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO REPORT THAT EMMANUEL HAD AN BAD ATTITUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION, BUT WE ALWAYS BUY FROM DEBONAIRS BUT WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, AS A RESULT OF THIS POOR SERVICE
