Vodacom
RAM deliver IPhone 5 to wrong person

A guy from the Rewards Company phoned me on a Friday evening in July 2013, informing me that I am due for an update on my cellphone contract with Vodacom. I wanted a new IPhone 5 and therefor needed to upgrade my excisting contract with Vodacom. I waited nearly two months for delivery. The Rewards Company was out of stock for the white IPhone 5. I phoned them again today (2nd September 2013) just to hear when my phone will be delivered to me. I was shocked when they informed me RAM delivered it to me on the 28th of August 2013. It was delivered at my work address and someone with the name Mary signed for it. Ofcourse they did not know who the phone was really for (they said there was no name on the parcel) and they opened the parcel, opened my phone, took it out of the packaging. There is NO person with the name Mary at my work. I was at work for the whole day. How could they deliver such a phone to a stranger without my ID? What ID did they get on that day? This is unacceptable service to me! And I always thought Vodacom is the very best cellphone company. Now I am very very doubtfull.
